University of Pennsylvania 'Sforza' Club

I performed at Gustavo's Norton Commons to raise money for Sforza, a student-led chamber music group I am helping to create at the University of Pennsylvania! In total, we raised $521! Thank you all so much for your support!

I played piano during the cocktail reception and I was included in one of the silent auction items.

Thank you for supporting the Kids Center. Through tips and the silent auction item, we raised $1226!

Thank you Glenview Springs Home Owners Association and WE DAY Kentucky for your support and for the opportunities to perform and speak about Strikeachord For Change. Also, thank you to Mrs. S. Smith and family and other generous donors throughout this period.

During this time, we raised $1250 for AMPED Louisville!

Sept. 2020 to July 2021

I held four piano performances. The first three had unique themes and were live-streamed to YouTube and Facebook. The fourth event was in person at Gustavo's Norton Commons.

Thanks for tuning in and for the incredible support. We raised a total of $4716!

Meal Donations and Subsidies during COVID-19

April 2020

During this unprecedented time, Strikeachord For Change temporarily shifted its charity focus. We donated Gustavo's meals to those in need. We then offered a 35% discount to all EMS, Firefighters, and Police. This was available until May 31st, 2020.

We raised $1040 for this cause! A big thank you to everyone who contributed.

AMPED

Feb. 2020

AMPED is a free youth music program that provides a safe environment for Louisville’s young minds to explore their creativity through the power of music. AMPED participants can learn songwriting, music composition, recording, engineering, videography, photography, and more.

KCD Fine Arts Guild

Nov. 2019

The Fine Arts Guild complements and supports the talents and energy of KCD's visual, musical, dance, and theatrical arts faculty. Gifts to the Fine Arts Guild strengthen the school's curricular and extracurricular programs for all students across all divisions of KCD.

I really appreciate all of the support. We beat our goal of $700 by raising $1,115!

Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies

Oct. 2019

The Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies helps children with special needs discover their abilities. The Kids Center often plays music to relax patients before sessions. They provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies along with nutrition counseling. This is a charity that I have contributed to for several years and I am thrilled to be performing at their fundraising gala in October.

Thank you to everyone who came to the Kids Center Gala! We completely beat our target of $600 by raising $4,087 from tips, GoFundMe donations, and the live auction. My piano playing for an evening was paired with charcuterie trays, wine pairing, and a private dinner for ten.

The Robert Lerman Memorial Music Library Fund of Norton Healthcare

Aug. 2019

This library helps provide music therapy throughout the Norton Hospital system. It was built in honor of Robert Lerman, a Pathologist with a love of music. Music therapy has changed the lives of so many children and adults, and it is a treatment I completely support. To learn more about this fund, please click below.

Thank you to everyone who came to support me! We surpassed our donation goal to the Robert Lerman Memorial Music Library Fund of Norton Healthcare by raising a total of $543.

Stephen Foster Music Camp

July 2019

My first goal was to send a kid to Stephen Foster Music Camp. I attended this program for three years in both the middle and high school divisions, and it was a great experience for me. They offer sections for piano, strings, percussion, band, and vocals. To learn more about this camp, please click below.

Thanks to everyone's generosity, we not only achieved the goal of $375, but surpassed and doubled the goal by raising $750. This was enough money to send two kids to Stephen Foster Music Camp!
